WHO ARE WE ?

AmazonPress relies on the competence of several journalists and technicians with a wide experience of television production. The company is managed by Nicolas Ransom, senior cameraman-journalist, previously with the international news channel France 24, and before that with France 2 in Paris and the country’s overseas territories television station RFO in French Guiana.

With an extensive experience of working in the field, Nicolas Ransom has covered world news, particularly in using « Digital Newsgathering » systems. War situations (Afghanistan, Irak, Georgia), natural catastrophes (earthquakes, flooding, hurricanes, wildfires), world events (World Cup, international Summit meetings)… With his colleagues he organises, films, writes his scripts, edits, mixes and voices the company productions, and delivers to clients using various transmission methods, light-weight, satellite or via Internet.
